ARIEL

I constructed this costume based on my design of Ariel from Shakespear's "The Tempest". The design is influenced by Japanese and Chinese traditional garments in its shape and pattern. This costume is designed to portray birdlike appearance and movement which is how I envisioned the character of Ariel from the play.
